Responsible for coordinating and/or overseeing preparation of conference facility to accommodate all conference, social and internal events and provide on-site coordination as the client's liaison during meetings and events held in the facility.
This intermittent position requires assisting full-time staff with setting up, executing, and tearing down event equipment—primarily in the Grand Opera House—while reporting to the Technical Director and maintaining professional decorum alongside national touring crews and well-known artists.
