FAQs

How can we help?

Where are you located?

In the heart of historic downtown Meridian, adjacent to The Threefoot Hotel, a Marriott property, and various restaurants, shops, museums, and other attractions. Take exit 153 from Interstate 59/20.

What are your hours?

Box Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, and one hour before showtime on the day of the show.

Is there a dress code?

No. Generally, audience attire for shows is casual. Depending on the event, you’ll see everything from blue jeans to occasional sequins.

Are clear bags required for shows?

No.

Are concessions available?

Nonalcoholic and adult beverages are available for most shows.

What time should I arrive for the show?

Doors open at least one hour before showtime. We encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime to find your seats. Please allow more time if you’re unfamiliar with our facility or want to purchase concessions before the show.

Where do I park?

Free street parking is available around the building on nights and weekends without a time limit. During daytime business hours, Monday-Friday, parking spaces are limited to two hours or less. Please observe no-parking or tow-away signs, as those are enforced 24/7. You may also park free in the Arts District Parking Garage three blocks away at 712 24th Avenue, open 24/7.

Is your theater handicapped accessible?

Yes, the MSU Riley Center is fully accessible. Please call the Box Office at 601.696.2200 for assistance in seat selection, including seats accessible by wheelchairs or walkers. Please also contact us to request listening devices.

Are refunds available?

Refunds are only given if the MSU Riley Center cancels a performance. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will receive a refund or a credit for a future show.
